Addiction is rarely the problem, it is the symptom of a deeper issue...

Addiction often begins as a coping mechanism - smoking and vaping can become deeply ingrained habits, reinforced by both physical cravings and emotional associations. Yet, while the addiction may feel powerful, it does not define you and it is certainly a habit that can be controlled

 

In my approach, I work with you as a person rather than solely focusing on the addiction. Thus, a holistic approach is, in my view, essential to make further improvements and support you in your resolve to see changes in your smoking habits.

 

Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) integrates hypnotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles to help you regain control. This approach is designed to reframe the beliefs and thoughts that fuel the urge to smoke or vape.  REBT offers a process that empowers you to respond to cravings with awareness and resilience, breaking the cycle of dependency and fostering a sense of control, clarity, and confidence
