I like to personalise my work and sessions, as every single human being is different. I work by applying elements from psychology and mindfulness which are backed by scientific, evidence-based methods and approaches I have learned through my training and experience. I keep an open mind about hypnotherapy, therefore I may feel necessary at times to refer a client to their GP, or another therapist. As part of the philosophy of Integrative Hypnotherapy, I find that it is essential to work in conjunction with other therapies, always searching for the best outcome for you.
With this approach, I work closely with clients to explore underlying issues, align with their goals by working in a solution-focused way, and tap into their innate ability to heal and grow. Whether you’re looking to perform better, manage pain, alleviate stress, overcome phobias, or make lifestyle changes, integrative hypnotherapy provides a gentle, yet powerful path forward. I’m here to support you every step of the way, empowering you to build a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and true to yourself.

I am trained to use Clinical Hypnotherapy along with Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT), which is a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Together with hypnotherapy, it becomes a powerful and effective way to work through emotional and psychological issues in much fewer sessions that the standard “talk therapy” or CBT.
